Occasionally a Card Holder may have trouble using their access control token (or card) at a reader. It is possible, although rare, that the door controller memory has become out of sync. with the PC. A quick remedy is to refresh the Card Holder details to the door controllers.
- From the Card Holder window, select a Card Holder in the list.
- Click the button Refresh Card Holder from the Tool Bar
- A dialogue will confirm your selection. Click Yes to proceed (click No to cancel)
- All door controllers will be updated with the correct information
TIP
This will not make a card work unless the Card Holder is a member of a Department.
Time Zones and Door settings remain unnaffected when you Refresh a Card Holder.
