Photo ID

With Photo ID you can

  • Store images of Card Holders
  • Print cards with a photograph on
  • Compare a Card Holders image with the person presenting themselves at a security point.

If you want to add Card Holder photographs to the Card Holder record there are 2 ways of achieving it.

  1. Take a photograph using MFSCam
  2. Import a picture through the Modify Card Holder window

    TIP
    web cam, and MFSCam should be installed

    From the Card Holder window

    1. Click on the Card Holder in the list that you want to add a picture to
    2. Click on the Photo button
    3. Follow the on screen instructions (in the OK dialogue box). You should capture the image using MFSCam
    4. Once you have captured the image you should paste it into the picture box which appears.

    TIP
    For best picture results the ideal picture size = 3" x 3.75".

    To place a picture either copy (Control + C) a picture and paste (Control + V) into the picture field, or using the Edit Menu Paste from File (only *.bmp, *.wmf, *.emf file types.

    From the Card Holder window

    1. Click on the Card Holder in the list that you want to add a photo to
    2. Click on the Change Card Holder info button
    3. Click into the picture box. This makes this the field where the photo will be stored
    4. Select Paste from File from the Edit Menu
    5. Navigate to the image you wish to import and Open it
    6. The image will be displayed in the photo box
    7. Click the Green tick to accept, or the Red cross to cancel.
