The Advanced window is password protected. You should not run any routines from this window unless you have been specifically advised to do so by SRS Technical Support. It is highly likely that irreversible damage may be caused by unauthorised use.
A number of features are available by clicking on the Advanced Window button. These are not documented and can only be accessed by calling Technical Support. However the following information will enable you to gain a better understanding of the internal workings of SMART.net
Additional Options
- It is possible to repair, edit or delate a number of settings from the various windows which can be accessed from the Advanced window.
- All of the records for the Smart.net database are accessable from this window
Refresh Controller
The Refresh Controller allows you to replace the data held at the door controller with the information held on the PC.
WARNING
Only carry out this procedure if you are SURE the PC is communicating correctly with all door controllers on the network.
To Check the Communications between the PC and the door controllers click here
- If you are sure the communications is working correctly
- Select the door to 'Refresh' from the list
- Select (from the pop up menu) Refresh Door Controller
- Follow the on screen prompts
