Check Door Comms

A button on the menu bar allows you to test the communications between the PC and a door controller.

If, for some reason, you believe that a door or number of doors are not reporting events back to SMART for Windows it is good practice to test the communication using this button.

1. This is done by selecting the Door Setup button from the Toolbar
2. Click the, Check Door Comms button.
3. This only checks the status of ONE door at a time. It is more informative to check all doors. You can do this from the Comms Analysis window
